Certainly a complex flavour - all of the stated elements are apparent", "this rosemary comes through clearly on the palate, creating an interesting backdrop for the truffle. These being both strong flavours, there were moments as this flavour developed where they seemed to be in competition, rather than working harmoniously together. Both win out in the aftertaste, however, which we felt was pleasingly savoury, rounded and herbaceous" and "a tasty product, and worthy of recognition."
